Doris R. Walt

Walt, Doris R. Magers, 69, of Dallas, WV, died Sunday, May 12, 2002, in Wheeling Hospital.
She was born Oct. 17, 1932, in Ohio County, WV, daughter of the late Homer W. Magers.
She is a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Wheeling.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Magers.
Surviving are her husband, Charles A. Walt, Jr., her Mother, Velma Dillie Magers of Claysville, Pa; two daughters Nancy McGlumphy and her husband Keith of Triadelphia, and Virginia McCardle and her husband Bill of Dallas, WV; one sister, Maxine Derr and her husband Melvin of Triadelphia, Wv; four grandchildren, Kevin
McGlumphy and his wife Lisa of Atlanta, Ga, Eric McGlumphy and his wife Hallie of N. Canton, OH, Jody McNinch and her husband Boomer of Dallas, WV and Matt McCardle of Dallas, WV, and one great-grandson, Tanner W. McNinch of Dallas, WV.
Visitation will be at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, 154 Kruger St, Elm Grove, Wheeling, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday where vigil services will be held at 3 p.m.
Funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church with the Rev. Daniel Seccomb, S.M. officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Wheeling.
