Doris J. McCormick, 58, of Bellaire, died Monday, June 9, 2008 in the OSU Medical Center.

She was born January 5, 1950 in Bellaire, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Marjorie Shunk Littleton.

Doris is survived by her husband of 40 years, Robert McCormick, 3 children; Robert Krystal McCormick of Jacksonville FL, Marjorie William Lamp, of Bellaire, Barbara Jared Tittle of, Martins Ferry, 3 sisters; Shelva Hodgeson of
Bridgeport, Mildred Jerry McCormick of FL, Robin Cumbridge of Bellaire, 6 brothers; David Ronnie Littleton, Terry Carol Littleton both of Bridgeport, Albert Barb Littleton of Wheeling, Ben Darlene Littleton of Mt. Pleasant, Paul April Littleton of Elm Grove, Ralph Stacy Littleton of Wheeling, 4 grandchildren; Crystal and Jessica Lamp, Cheyenne McCormick and Kaylee Tittle and 2 step grandchildren; Craig and Zachary Galloway.

Friends will be received on Thursday, June 12 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the Bauknecht Altmeyer Funeral Homes and Crematory, 441-37th St. Bellaire where services will be held on Friday, June 13 at 1:00pm with Rev. James Hoff officiating.

Mom, I can’t believe you are gone even though I was there for everything it just doesn’t seem fair. You are so young and you wern’t ready to go yet, But as dad says and everyone else you have been through alot and now your up in heaven running around and feeling no pain in your body what so ever thats all I ever wanted for one day there be something to ease your pain not this. I’m going to miss you alot and so is Bill especially Crystal and Jessica Its not goodbye mom its i’ll see you later. love, Margie Bill, Crystal, Jessica
