Dear George, We were so saddened to hear about your Mother. I have thought so often about our trips to Baldwin-Wallace together and how we left her stranded in the snow in Cleveland while we got carried away looking at music! We had such a good time on the trip to Washington D. C. to hear Oliver Messien. She was always such a good sport and lots of fun. I have always admired the respect you gave your parents. I knew them all of my life. They were friends of my Grandparents and I remember them coming to their 50th Anniversary. I still have the gift they gave them. Mom has been gone 16 months now and I still miss her and I am sure you will miss Doris too. They were such strong entities in our lives. These are the times I wish we didn’t live so far from home. Our thoughts, love and prayers are with you. Linda, Carl and Mark Goodrich
Don and Marie, I am very sorry to hear of the passing of Doris. May God give you and the family comfort and peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. We have many good memories of you both and also the Melhorn Dairy. Love you both, Norma Moore and Clarence Cost.
George, So sorry to hear about your mother. I want to express my deepest sympathy to you. Your mother was a wonderful and lovely lady. I enjoy her very much when she came to my window. She always had a smile for everyone. Will miss her.
