As a young lady growing up in the neighborhood of “Seatack” I often visted the Cooper home. Donna was very humble and pleasant person to be around. She will be missed. I pray God grant her family peace during this time and help you to look back on the fond memories you shared. With love and prayer in my heart.

I only worked with Donna a few times at the Windsor Woods Library and spoke to her a few times since, but remember a nice lady, with a nice smile and a pleasant demeanor. May you find comfort and strength in your memories…

I work at the Princess Anne Library and I never had the pleasure of being a co-worker of Miss Coopers’, and judging from all the wonderful comments here I am sorry that I never got that pleasure. Wishing the family and friends peace at this very sad time.

I worked with Donna at Windsor Woods library for several months, and I always enjoyed her company. We had a lot in common, both being CrimJus students and having family members in the military. We shared a lot of happy moments and inside jokes, and I am so very sorry to hear of her passing. My thoughts are with her family and friends during this trying time.
