David P. Wright
Age 36

David P. Wright, 36, of Old Fredricktown Road, Calcutta, Ohio died at the Cleveland Clinic on Tuesday, July 1, 2003.

He was born in Salem, Ohio on October 9, 1966, the son of Virgil W. and Joann Holisky Wright. Living his entire life in the area, Mr. Wright was a salesman at Bowyers Home Center for 9 years. He graduated from Beaver Local High School in 1986 and attended Ohio Valley Business College for 2 years.

Besides his parents, he is survived by a sister, Debbie L. Wright Ingram and her companion, David Pipes.

Mr. Wright was preceded in death by a brother, Virgil W. Wright, Jr.

Services will be held at the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin-MacLean-Altmeyer Funeral Homes on Saturday, July 5, 2003 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Paul Sturm, officiating.

Burial will follow in Long Run Cemetery.

The family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home in Calcutta on Friday, July 4, 2003 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.

To David’s Family, Our deepest sympathies. We will always remember David as a beam of sunshine at my brother’s store. He was always ready with a smile, gracious and willing to help,to us he was family.We will deeply miss him and are sorry for you loss,Eddie and Mary Bowyer.
