David E. Justice, 71 of Bellaire, Ohio died Sunday, November 6, 2011 at the Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, West Virginia.

He was born February 23, 1940 in Bellaire, Ohio a son of the late Cecil and Bertha Fitzpatrick Justice.

David was a retired coal miner and a Protestant by faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen L. Piper Justice on September 22, 2006, one brother, Charles Justice and an infant sister.

Surviving are his children, Jean Ray Smith of Bellaire, Ohio, Penny Mike Sheehan of Bellaire, Ohio, Pam Meager of Glencoe, Ohio, David Jessica Justice, Jr. of Bellaire, Ohio and Lee Patty Justice of Bellaire, Ohio. Also twenty-two grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 441 37th Street Bellaire, Ohio on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 until time of services at 7 PM with Pastor Bill Marinelli officiating.

Sending love & prayers to you all. It had been MANY years since I’d seen your dad but I still can picture him,sitting in his chair, holding that little dog of his. That was probably, 34 years ago??!! Mom, Dad, Brent & I are thinking of each of you and we are so sorry for your loss. God Bless.
