GERRERO, Darrick A., 27, of Wheeling, W.Va., died Wednesday, October 19, 2011.
He was born September 9, 1984, in Wheeling. He was Christian by faith.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Anna and Henry Gerrero, and his maternal grandparents, Marcella and Robert Folmar.
Surviving are his father, Donald T. Gerrero of Wheeling; a brother, Donald Adam Gerrero of Wheeling; four sisters, Karen William Haught of Orlando, Fla., Christine Gerrero of Wheeling, Charlene Roger Walter of Wheeling, and Carmen Redford of Wheeling; uncles and aunts, Robert Elaine Gerrero of Ft. Myers, Fla., Dale Sue Folmar of St. Clairsville, Ohio, Richard Hildegarde Gerrero of El Cajon, Calif.; several nieces and nephews; and his mother, Marlene A. Folmar of St. Clairsville, Ohio.
Friends will be received Friday, October 21, 2011 from 4-8 p.m. at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, 1400 Eoff Street, Wheeling, where funeral services will be held Saturday, October 22, 2011 at noon with Rev. Francis O’Kruta officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling.
