Mrs. Conchita Vazquez passed away on September 30, 2008. She was born to the late Herminio and Genoveva Rodriguez in Puerto Rico on September 4, 1949. She is survived by her beloved husband of 40 years Miguel Vazquez, her children; Myrna Vazquez, Miguel Vazquez, and Jahaira Vazquez. The Family will receive friends on Sunday, October 5, from 2:00 till 4:00pm, Funeral services will be on Monday, October 6, 2008 at 11:00 at the Denbigh Chapel of Altmeyer Funeral Home, internment will follow at the Albert G. Horton Jr. Veterans cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Altmeyer Funeral Home – Denbigh Chapel in Newport News, VA.

Dona Conchita..as i would always address you When i received the message it was hard to understand and accept it. But, then I realize that God needed an angel. He needed a beautiful, loving and classy angel for his garden and decided to bring you home. I will miss you so dearly. I will never forget the ‘special’ talks we had when you came home from the hospital and the short but, special time and laughts we shared together during my trips to VA. I know that your watching us and your our guardian angel.
