Cody was an amazing friend and overall human being. He was always there for anyone who needed him. He made everyone smile, even when they didn’t want to. Like me for instance, I was always really depressed and Cody tried his hardest and made me smile. He loved anime, drawing and bowties. He was one of the sweetest and goofiest people you’ll ever meet. Cody was one of my best friends and I will always love and miss himâô¡

Cody was my best friend, he was like my brother. He was so selfless and kind to everybody, even if he disliked them. He will be missed and it’s very saddening to lose such an amazing person at such a young age.

Cody, you’ve been a brother to me. That’s how I’ll always see you. Once family, always family. I just regret not being able to talk to you more. Told you how much having you there for me meant to me. Family isn’t always blood; it’s who you’d bleed for. Love you, no matter what. I’m sorry I wasn’t there more than I was..

I am so very sorry to hear about Cody. I never had the pleasure of knowing him but my daughter Sierra graduated with him and had kind things to say about him. I lost my daughter Paige DeSarro at age 17 in 2007. If you ever want to talk I am here to listen. May God bless and send you the strength that you will need to get through each new day.

I had the privilege of having Cody in Spanish I class last year. As the only senior, he occupied a place of honor in my 6th period class. We enjoyed his presence and humor sooo much. He is sorely missed by us all.

I met cody in a fb group. He was an amazing person, he was always there when you needed him. Our group was hoping to meet this summer, he was excited about it, as we all were. Though i didnt get to meet him, he was always such a wonderful friend to me, we talked daily and it is still weird that i dont get any messages from him. Rest in peace cody!!! You were a wonderful, amazing, kind person!!!

I met Cody over FaceBook through roleplay of Attack on Titan, he was Erwin and I was Eren. We called each other and said we might be able to meet each other this summer and see each other in reallife to be better friends. He was very kind and like a big brother to me, I pray God will love him as much as I did if not more and he’ll be happy with the savior.

Julie and Family….Healing moves at its own pace. Be kind to yourself and take it one day at a time. I know your heart is aching and I am truly sorry for your loss. Sympathy wording is never easily expressed. I hope I have expressed my heartache and how much I love you!

Its been three long years without you my friend, i will always remember how kind, and energized you were, and you will forever be with me and so many others. my favorite quote is this ” Our lives are not our own. From womb to tomb, we are bound to others. Past and present. And by each crime and every kindness, we birth our future.” and you sir were very kind.
