CHARLES WALTER RAKOWSKI
VIRGINIA BEACH- Charles Walter Rakowski, 89, passed away on February 6, 2008.
He was predeceased by his wife, Mary T. Rakowski.
Mr. Rakowski served in the U.S. Navy and retired after 20 years of service. He also worked as an aircraft mechanic with the Naval Air Rework Facility.
Services will be private.
