Cindy: I’m so sorry for the loss of Chuck. You and Chuck shared many years of happiness. As he said at his retirement, your marriage started 2 yrs before the actual one and that was because of your diligent work to duty in helping him with the strange schedule he would keep on the MOHCAT. My prayers are with you. Your friend, Anne

I worked closely with Chief Monts when he was the hospital corpsman in USS Boulder and I was the Executive Officer. I knew him to be a most professional corpsman and a good shipmate to all. He was well respected by the officers and crew for his medical expertise, high standards of cleanliness and fairness in his dealings. My sympathy to all of his family in your loss. Sincerely, Edward Cole
