dear nancy and chris,
just a note to say again, how sorry we are at the loss of bud.
i learned a lot from bud, spent time in my early days of politics visiting with him at the insurance agency, he always had a fresh, good, natural perspective on what to do, or what the issues really were about.
nancy, thank you for all you have done for me, and, at this time, we can say a prayer for you and chris during a difficult time.
i will also, never forget, and bud never did he loved to tell this story how he picked me up on the interstate thumbing in my suit and with a briefcase in my hand after my car broke down!!
god bless you, i am thankful to know you and to have known bud, a wonderful person that added a lot to this world
sincerely,
love you,

Just wanted you to know we were thinking of you, and was so sorry to hear the news about Bud. I can remember when Carol worked for him, and Robyn was 4 or 5 years old, she loved to go over there and pretend to be Bud’s secretary, we have alot of good memories of Bud, as I’m sure everyone that new him did. Take care of yourself, Nancy, say hello to Chris, and to your Sister, Linda.

Nancy and Chris,
This is Kay Munjas’s granddaughter, Robyn, and I wanted to write and tell you how very sorry I am to hear about Bud. My mom just sent me his obituary. Around the holidays, you always remember back about great times you have had growing up. Some of my best memories were spent with my Granny at the Beauty shop. This past Christmas, we were all talking about how I used to go to the Beauty shop with Granny, but I’d run right down to the 2nd floor to see Bud. He was such a great guy to be around. I was no more than 6 or 7 and he’d let me sit at Carol’s desk or his desk and I’d act like I was answering calls and I’d pretend type on his typewriter. He’d even let me act like I was looking through files and help customers. It is amazing the people that come in your life and leave footprints on your heart. Twenty some years later, I’ve never forgot about Bud and how special he was to let a 6 year old think she worked in his office. I am so lucky to have had the opportunity to have known him. I will say a special prayer for your family for time and memories to help heal your hearts.

Nancy,
I was sad to learn that you had lost your husband, Bud, and I had lost a childhood friend of 66 years. I will always cherish the memories of growing up in Klee during WWII and having a friend like Bud to share all those wonderful adventures. It was an experience that kids today will never understand nor have. We were free spirits. Things have changed over the years but not my desire to visit Klee and my childhood friend. I always looked forward to seeing Bud and comparing stories of those days which seemed to get better with each passing year. Bud was my friend, my link to better and simpler times. I will miss him very much. God bless you and keep you thru these difficult days.
