Aunt CeCe was like a second mother to me. Though we lived more than 2,000 miles apart, she attended all my momentous occasions, never missed a birthday or major holiday greeting, and she took every opportunity to be encouraging. Aunt CeCe made a profound impact on my life because she truly cared about me. I loved her dearly and will miss her greatly.

Cecille was a marvelous teacher and friend. She leaves us richer for knowing her, wiser and blessed by her music. As an adult student she gave me the gift of music, and was the most patient teacher a man could hope for. We will dearly miss her.

There is no way I can express my admiration for this lady who taught me for ten years. The things I learned from her are invaluable and I use them daily in my current teaching position.

I am thankful for the opportunity to have known her as my mentor and friend.

From when I was 7 years old, my first lesson, I remember Mrs. Greenberg telling me how much potential I have. She really believed that I could do ANYTHING I wanted to, and she helped me believe it too. I’m 14 now, and since piano is my passion, I’m going to keep taking lessons, but I know that no one can replace her spot in my heart. I love her very much, and I’ll never ever forget her.

I took piano lessons from Mrs. Greenberg for 8 years. She was the most patient and calm, yet very supportive and encouraging educator I have ever been around. It was a honor to have been a part of something she loved so much for that period of time. I loved her dearly and still use the lessons she taught me, even beyond playing the piano, on a daily basis. She will be dearly missed, as she played such a integral part of my young life. My feelings are with her family.

To the family–Your wife/mom was my piano teacher from the time I was 5 years old until age 15. She was an awesome teacher and a person whom I loved very much growing up. I am now in music fulltime as a professor of Music as well as Dept. Head. I teach piano and Theory as well as many other music classes. I owe my beginnings to your wife/Mom. I will be praying for you in your time of grief.

Love, Teresa Johnson Siebert
