Barb, Dom, Cynthia, Ashley and

I intended to see all of you at the services and tell your ” Mama” good-bye but too many medical issues got in the way. Catherine was a wonderful lady who bore her burdens without care for herself. She took care of everyone and never thought of herself. I will miss our little chats in town and send our condolences to all of you at the loss of another “grand dame”…

Chub and her are having a trip down memory lane as we speak and laughing their selves simple!!! How I will so miss them both. That age group knew how to really have a “good -old simple, fun way of life. I sure wish I could have sat in on their backyard smoke sessions!!!

You are loved and prayed for and tell this great lady good-bye for us.

Dear Dom & Barb, Cindy & Dennis, Annie & Ashley.

We are so so sorry about Catherine I can hardly believe it. I had called her not long ago talking about Quinn down the beach. We use to have so much fun at work at the Hay Shed, the old scary building, it was creepy. Catherine loved her Family and Annie & Ashley her Granddaughters, she lived for them, and Cindy you did so much fo your Mom, and Don, she always wanted to make sure Don checked things out. Somehow you will get through this, especially Sunday dinner, Catherine lived for that to. I learned alot from Catherine, enjoyed the hot donuts and coffee we had, and I will miss her and hold her in my heart forever. Bless you all!

Dom, I am sad that I am not able to be back in Bellaire for the funeral. Be assured that my thoughts will be with you, Barb, Annie, and Ashley. I have many fantastic memories of our entire family down on 26th street. It is becoming hard to think that we are the elders of our family now. I want you to know that I loved going to your parents’ home – I knew that I was always welcome and loved. Please give Barb and the girls a hug for me. I do hope that you and Vince are able to visit this fall. I really want you to see “our family” wall in our restaurant. Be safe and know that you are loved by all of our family. God Bless you and your family. Quinn, Jane, and Meghan
