To the family of Catherine Coates:
Our sincere condolences and sympathy go out to you. My Mom and Dad Dorothy and Gene Strawbridge were good friends of Catherine and Jim. My Mom worked for Jim at Wards Corner Motors for years and they kept in touch through letters and phone calls after they moved to Florida. In fact, Catherine came by to see Dad when she was having lunch at the club after she moved back here. Then my Dad became sick in March, 2007 and passed away in August. Mom had passed away in 2004 so Dad was really lonely and Fred and I moved back to Norfolk to help him out. That was the summer of 2005. We know what you are going through and know you will take comfort in the fact that she is now with your Dad. They were both the kindest of people. Our blessings to you all.
