Dear Family,

I met Betty in 1998 while working as a pharmacist at Rite Aid. She was one of my very favorite and dearest customers. Even after the store closed in 2002, I have kept in touch with her. My four children and I would visit her around Easter and Christmas every year. They enjoyed taking her an Easter lilly and a poinsettia. And, she always had a special treat of candy for them. Betty was always happy! She brought joy to the lives of others. We will miss her.

To Friends and Family of Betty Francis,

I lived at Montani Towers for 5 years now and Betty always had a smile for everyone. I wasn’t close to her but I did get a chance to talk to her often. What a spirited lady. I will greatly miss her.

Sincerely, Dana Coniff
