Bertha Krotky

Bertha Krotky, 91, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died Wednesday, February 23, 2005 at Park Health Center, St. Clairsville.
She was born December 24, 1913 at Cambridge, Ohio, a daughter of the late Cyril and Helena Prosek Rome.
She was a member of Thoburn United Methodist Church of St. Clairsville.
In addition to her parents, Bertha was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph Krotky, in 1980, two brothers, Joseph and Frank Rome and a sister, Ethel Rome.
Surviving are a son, Robert R. "Bob" and his wife, Jill Krotky, of Columbus, Ohio, two daughters, Mrs. Martin Barbara H. Kendzora and Mrs. Roy Ethel Rose Mazzer, both of St. Clairsville, six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, a stepgrandson and a dear friend, Phyllis Krotky.
Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM, Friday, at the Beck-Altmeyer Funeral Home and Crematory, 204 West Main Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 AM, with the Rev. Kim Anderson and Brian Chase officiating. Burial follows in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
