Gordon, Your mom is in a better place now. We will remember her because she always extended a hand to us at the nursing home. Sorry that we haven’t gotten up with you since Judy’s mom’s death. We did go back to the nursing home one time but as you will probably find out it is difficult to go back. We will see you sunday night.
Gordon, over the years I wondered where you were and what you were doing. I don’t know if you remember me or not but we went to Norview together from primary to high school. I remember you as a really great guy! My husband and I are members of Bethel Baptist on Elbow Road where Chip Roberson is the pastor. I’m so sorry to read that your mom has passed on, but she’s in a far better place. Can you imagine, being at the feet of Jesus! No more pain or sorry, just happiness and joy. It’s wonderful you had your mom for so many years. I’m sure that when your mom met Jesus face to face, He said…”Well done, thou good and faithful servant”. God bless you in your ministry. Betty
Gordon, You have been so faithful to your mother. She will be missed as she was loved. Let us give thanks that she is with our Lord! Sincerely, Delores from the home.
We are saddened to hear of Mrs. Porters passing. We have fond memories of her when we lived on Winfall. Our thoughts and prayers are with you .
