Coyne family,

Joey, Brian, and I shared many laughs together, mainly at my expense, while I was working for the City. These moments will always be with me today and tomorrow. Your grief and pain is natural but it too shall pass.

Remember, we are all more than just our physical selves, we are feelings. People have left my life physically but I still feel them, and Joey is one of these people. We do not need to see him to know he is still here today.

Smile and know that Joey walks with us still today, as we too make our walk.

My thoughts and prayers,

D.Strauss

I am deeply saden by this tradegy. Joey was a wonderful person. He was a friend that helped me get through some tough times the last few years. Just to see his smiling face would make my day bright, Even if he didn’t have a delivery for me, he would wave everytime he passed, I looked forward to seeing him everyday. When he left Fedex I was lost, he touched my heart and didn’t even realize how much he meant to me. I will truely miss him and he will be in my prayers every night. I send my love to his family, and for them not to be sad, but to remember what a wonderful person he was and how he made everybody laugh all the time. He always made everybody smile. He will be deeply missed!

My prayers are with the Coyne Family

I’d like to take a moment to offer my sincere condolences on the passing of Joey. With the recent and unexpected death of my father, I can understand how you must all be feeling. I can tell you that the hurt will fade but the memories never will. Take your time to grieve but please remember the many special memories you have of Joey. Your strong family and your love for him will help you cope with the many bumps in the road to follow.

Tara and I, and the boys are out of town and regret that we can not be there in person to offer our shoulders. Please know that you are in our prayers. I can not tell you how truly sorry we are for you. God Bless every single one of you and especially Joey!! Hopefully Dad has forgotten what Joey did to his deck when they meet in heaven.

It is always hard when losing a love one, especially as a result of a tragic event. The Bible shows that many tragedies are the result of ìtime and unforeseen occurrence.î Ecclesiastes 9:11 Therefore, losing a love one can be devastating, because we have a built-in desire to live and enjoy life with our family and friends forever. At these times, we need encouragement and hope, so that we can cope with our loss. For that reason we can be encouraged by reflecting on the promises that God has given us in his word the Bible, concerning the hope of seeing our love ones again. I hope that you find comfort in reading these Scriptures: John 11:11-44, John 5:21,28,29 and revelation 21:4. My prayers are with your family.

Joey, is already sadly missed by many. I fondly remember meeting him for the first time; as a young vibrant individual with a contagious fun personality. There are many happy memories of him that will be treasured for years to come.

My condolences go out to Joey’s family for this loss of such a young man. I pray that God would give you more of him, more of his grace for this very moment.

“Let us come boldy to the very throne of God and stay there to receive his mercy and to find grace to help us in our times of need.”

Mr. & Mrs. Coyne, Jen and Brian:

My parents told me yesterday. You have my deepest sympathies. There are no words that I can say to tell you how sorry I am for all of you or no words that I can say to give you comfort right now. I want you to know that I will be praying for each of you and hoping that God’s peace finds your hearts. God Bless all of you. You are kept close in thought, heart, and prayer.

To all of Joey’s family and close friends,

I’m very sorry to hear about your loss. I did know Joey through school. He sat across from me at the lunch table in elementary school. He always did make me laugh. It’s a shame that I didn’t know him very well once we got older. He will be missed. Cherish all your memories; those will keep him alive in your hearts.

To all of Joey’s Family and Friends,

I’m so sorry for our loss. Joey was a wonderful caring person who always had a smile on his face and a warm hug for everyone he knew. I know the loss I feel, and I only knew him a few short years. I will always fondly remember him — the big smile, the orange bike, and the great guy he was. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

To Joeyís Family and Friends,

Joey was a one of a kind guy. He always made you laugh and was always there for a friend needing a helping hand. Joey was one of the gang on the hill Mozart, he was always a part of every social function we attended as a group. One of our fondest memories is when he took Dana for a ride on his bike. She just recently became a new mother so she kept saying slow down. Joey did, not exceeding 15 MPH. Most people probably did not realize the bike could go that slow. That was the kind of guy he was among friends.

Please remember everything special he did for you and all of the memories you have of him.

God Bless all who knew Joey and we know he is now watching out for us all every day. He is still making deliveries, but at a much higher level.

Love,

Bob, Dana and JT Travis

To The Family, I read of your loss and want to express my deepest sympathy. I also want to share the comfort of John 5:28,29 which assures us that those who have fallen asleep in death will receive a resurrection back to life when the earth is restored back to a paradise. Revelation 21:4 says, “He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more neither mouring nor outcry nor pain be any more.” Please find comfort in these promises. Sincerely,
