i’ve looked over and over all the pictures of the family, from when we were in australia, those you sent us over the years, and of the times we have spent together since. nothing can measure the depth of the loss you feel, and all those who were touched by ashlee.

without faith, we are nothing.

love, jacque

The Powelka Family are blessings from God above. The Lord has hand picked these people to shine an amazing light of His glory and reassurrance that death in itself is not a deprivation of life but a true embracing of what life really is. Death takes you out of this world and lays you like a new born babe into the loving arms of our Heavenly Father. We should be rejoicing over Ashlee not mourning her passing. I will miss her very much even though I only knew her for a short time. She touched my heart in a special way and I will never forget her Love and Compassion for the things of Jesus Christ. She is watching over us from her mansion that the Lord has prepared for her and I know that she would want us to remember to always put Jesus first in our lives and not let the things of the world disguise themselves as being more beautiful or more rewarding than what lies in waiting with our Father. God Bless.

Love in Christ,

Alisa St. Laurent
