Arthur J. Graham, Jr

Norfolk – Arthur J. Graham, Jr. of Ocean View, passed away on Aug 6, 2006. A lifelong native of Norfolk, was retired and is survived by his sons, Arthur III, Bruce, and a sister, Sara Neas. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Alvern.

After a brief service in the U.S. Navy in 1943, he returned to Norfolk and began his life

Art and Bruce-

I am very sorry to learn of the passing of your father. Your mom and dad were a key part of my life, especially in scouting. They will are missed.
