Anthony had a way of making people laugh ever since I can remember. Even back in elementary school he always helped me to crack a smile. As we went through school we started hanging out with different people and didn’t see each other as much. But when I did run into Anthony he always had a way to make me laugh. That is the one thing I will always remember about Anthony, he always smiled and made you smile with him. My condolences to all of his family. -Stephen D’Angelo

Anthony Shane Taylor was one of the most amazing individuals I have ever met. I was truly blessed to have known him. He was always full of life and gave off such an amazing energy. He accepted everyone for who they were and was never too quick to judge. I always looked to him for that smile of his, that’s all it took to brighten my day. He was a beautiful person inside and out and left quite an impression on everyone he knew. He will be remembered always and loved for an eternity. To his family, I’m so incredibly sorry for your loss. Please remember, he may not be here in body, but he will be looking down on us all, as our guardian angel. I love you Anthony. never forget-

Anthony Taylor. You were here for my best high school years and so much more. We were just frivolous together in about everything we did.

We were together at Park. I laugh at when you made me laugh to the point that water came from my nose. I relive the moment as I stare at a picture taken of you and Ashley at my house for prom.

Some of our haunts were Wheeling Coffee Shop which partly became our home, and local shows where love literally hurt and no one cared. All that we cared about was us together. Of course, you were at the pool parties I threw practically every saturday for a whole summer with all of the old gang surrounding us. It was a beautiful time in our lives and I am so very thankful that you were there to share these times with me.

I am hurt to know that I missed out on the last few months of your life, but immersed in the thought that you get to see what is next. With my heart of hearts I hope you become the beautiful light that was bestowed in you all along. Congratulations, the energizing charm that everyone enjoyed about you is all that you are now. What you, and all human beings were meant to be. It must be an invigorating feeling, and I am so very grateful to join you some day!

Angel, keep all of us in your heart! You, me and Sink Florida Sink. The song has a more profound meaning than ever for me.

Peace, and all my love to you, your family and us friends, your other family. Thank you for bringing us together. I love you Anthony Taylor. I love you so very very much.

Anthony was a friend to many, there wasn’t ever a day I saw him that he didn’t have a smile on his face. He always knew how to make bad days better and could make anyone smile at any given time. We weren’t really as close after we went to high school, but even just seeing Anthony could make me happy. He was a great person and will be missed dearly. My sympathy goes out to his friends and family. R.I.P Anthony <3 Only the good die young.

anthony was my closest friend for almost 3 years, we had some AMAZING times together that I’ll never forget. He’ll always be aprt of my heart, he always had a smile on his face.

I’ll always remember him as the kid that didn’t care what anyone thought about him as he was singing and dancing up the sidewalk.

To Gary and Michelle, I’m so sorry about your loss. I can;t even begin to describe how hard it must be for you, i met you guys one time and i know form that one time seeing the way Anthony was around you that he loved you guys more than anything, and i know he’ll alway be watching over you guys, stay strong.

Anthony was truly a warm hearted person. Since the time I met him back in middle school he always had a smile on his face. He had so many friends throughout the years, all different, but we all shared one thing in common, our love and respect for Anthony. He always knew how to make you smile no matter what the situation. He never forgot a friend and always was there for you. I remember driving him home after play practice, we would always talk, even if it was about nothing important we would always end up laughing. I will always miss you Anthony, you were a great person, you will always be remembered. I wish I could of said goodbye. My heart goes out to all the family members of Anthony and all of his friends.

Love always,

Anthony will never be forgotten. Young and old. Friends and family. I would have never expected him to die this early. He is in a better place but its such a shock. I remember when we were little running around like any other little kids do with their cousins. This all doesn’t seem real at all to me. I can’t believe this is really happening. When I found out i thought i was dreaming. I kinda wish i was. : I regret not talking to him as much as we got older. I wish i would have.

Anthony–

You know you left this world too early, but you certainly didn’t fail to mark the hearts of many with your lighthearted spirit and always-beaming smile. Everyone that has met and encountered you will undoubtedly carry you so close throughout the rest of their lives. Your soul will not fail to pour into your peers and radiate unconditionally.

Thank you for the enthusiastic smiles and fanatical times we had the opportunity to be a part of.

Love surrounds you and your gratitude is felt wholeheartedly throughout the community.

Thank you for another wonderful life being lived.

Anthony,

I remember in the 9th grade when we first met. We instantly clicked and shared many laughs and memories. From the time we dressed up and posed as M&Ms in the windows of Times Sqaure, to the treasured videos of the Winnie Cooper stories. You will never be forgotten and you will always remain in my heart. I hope someday we will get to see each other again, but as for now, no matter what is or isn’t said, you will always be on someone’s mind.

Rest In Peace Anthony Shane Taylor

There are so many things that I could say about you. Lunch was amazing, hanging out and drinking coffee and cigs was great. You always had that way of making things better no matter how bad the situation. I’ll never be able to forget that beautiful face of yours, and the random faces too. I hope you rest in peace. You’ll always be in my memories and my thoughts. I just wish we coulve hung out more before you went to the better place youre in now. I love you Anthony, and you will NEVER be forgotten.

Anthony… We didn’t talk that much.. But the times we did, you had me smiling non-stop. You amazed me. I loved doing our modeling pictures when you were dressed as a drunken fairy. Aha, you always knew how to make everyone laugh, and you didn’t care what anyone thought. And I remember another time when you were chasing me and my friends around just being so stupid and cute.. I wish we could’ve spent more time together. I’m gonna miss seeing you around… But it’s ok, because I know you’re always gonna have that cute smile on your face as you’re looking down from heaven. I loved the person you were and you’ll always be in my heart…. Rip Anthony <3333

You have a wnderful support system of friends, please let us be there for you. One of thehardest things for me to do when Dick passed away was to let others into my pain. We are private people , but from experience, you cannot do it alone. Your friends will let you be who you need to be and weep and mourn when you need to do so. We love you and pray that God will carry you in his arms during this most difficut time. My Love and Prayers, Diane.

Family and Friends,

Anthony was like a little brother to me. He was one of my boys and I always looked out for him, and he did the same in return. He could make me laugh when I didn’t even want to smile and I could never stay mad at him. There will never be anyone like Anthony, but I think that each and every one of us already knows that. He was always smiling and having fun. He used to steal my camera and take rediculous pictures, which now I will cherish forever, and remember the good times we had. My heart goes out to his family and everyone close to him. I love you Anthony Shane Taylor, Rest in Peace.

From the moment I met Anthony at Steenrod Elementary, he has always put a smile on my face. I wish we would have been as close in high school as we used to be, but still, every time I saw him in the hallways at school or at Silver Chopsticks he greeted me with a hug and a big smile. I will miss him so much, but I will always remember the great times we had. My deepest sympathy goes out to his family.

From what I knew of Anthony, he always had a smile on his face and knew how to transfer that smile to everyone else around him. Anthony would always come over to Dairy Queen on his breaks from work, and he would light up my day even when I was ready to go home from work. He always would make jokes and ask how his Dairy Queens were. Anthony is and always will be greatly missed. I will always remember him running across the street from Silver Chopsticks, and me, just smiling before he even got there!

I could sit here and talk about how wonderful anthony was, or one of the many memories we shared. But it just could never describe how much I miss the boy. I just cant forget about the way he talked, the most random things he talked about, his stance and compassion for just about everyone, the fact that he couldnt keep a secret for the life of him : …

There was just no way when we were together there was going to be a quiet sentence in the room.

I just wish that i had more time with him. I always felt safer with him around the group because i knew he felt the same way that i did, “lets just hang out, and have a good time, and quit worrying about all the drama.”

All I have to say is that his number will never leave my phone, and I will always expect to see him walking down oakland ave from the bus to talk to me on my front steps for hours.

He will always be my Tony.

I hardly knew Anthony, in fact, I’d only talked to him a few times. But that was surely enough for me to realize what a great spirit he had, and how much he had to offer to the world. We rode the afternoon bus together everyday of my freshman year. I go to Central, and I transferred buses at Park. I started off the year listening to my iPod on the ride home, but soon after meeting Anthony I started to just sit there and listen to him talk instead. He always knew how to make the entire bus laugh, and he had a way of brightening up everyone’s day. I really wish I had gotten to know him better, but I still miss him and his smile. I know what it’s like to lose a loved one. Stay strong, keep your head up high, and know Anthony is in good hands now.
