Dear Tootie, So sorry, Tony fought the good fight! The good are taken too soon. Dad has a seat waiting for him watching those Steelers. They can even go to the away games. God Bless “The Cookie Man”.
For those who knew him, little more has to be said about his character, integrity and love for his family. A rock-solid man who stood for much of what America lacks today. My special condolences to Tootie and Dr. Tony.
I am very sorry to hear of Tony’s death. Please accept my sincere condolences. It seems like yesterday that we were all so much younger and living on Boggs Run. May all your memories be only good ones.

The word “Family” has great meaning and the one thing that I have known for many years is the strength that all of the wonderful people in your family possess. Tony was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many. Having been around all of you many times through the years, I have witnessed firsthand the love and respect that all of you show to one another. I will personally miss him greatly and all of you are in my prayers. God Bless all of you during this difficult time.
Tony and Family,
I’m so sorry about your dad’s passing. He must have been a great father to raise such a wonderful son and doctor. His pride and love for his family will shine down from Heaven.
Tony was more a brother to me than my own. I always felt like part of the family. I am so broken up. I can’t believe it. I don’t live close enough to attend the funeral. I really loved that man. He was always a true friend. I am crying and shaking as I write this. Tootie, I am so sorry. My best to all. I miss you all. You are in my prayers. Love, Mike Rich
Tootie and Family,
So sorry to hear about Tony. Brother Stan, and I often reminisce our days of growing up in Wheeling. One of the fondest are the weddings and receptions…with all of the celebrations. No one could dance like you and Tony…all eyes were upon you when the polkas were played.
God Bless and Take care.
Sincerely,
Rod J. Carbide as Uncle Bart called me
Tootie, Tony, and family,
I was very sorry to hear the sad news of Tony. My thoughts and prayers are with you guys.
Tootie, Tony, and family,
I am sending my deepest sympathy. I enjoyed spending time with Tony at “the club.” My fondest memory of him was making spaghetti noodles and working the spaghetti dinners. I am so sorry for your loss. Tony was a good man and will be missed greatly.
We are sorry for your loss. He is fondly remembered.
