I just found Annie Hughes burial on Find A Grave. I send my condolences to her family. I was adding information to the Wharton genealogy and was surprised to see that Annie had passed. I was glad to have known her and my husband’s cousin Jack Hughes.
I too remember your Mom from growing up. I was always facinated by the size of your family,me being an only child. Your Mom was always great. I’m sure she’s smiling down on all of you.You are all in my Prayers.
Sincerly,
GiGi
I will always remember your Mom’s smile and friendly greetings, and as kids she always made us feel welcome at the house. Of course she kept all of us Pine Alley Gang in line when we needed it. A few of us “Wise Acres” are even a little wiser today as grown ups because of Annie. And her best gift of all is a big and wonderful family she leaves. Pat, Johnny, Danny, Dennis, and Rachel I am sorry I can not make the funeral service on Saturday, but my thoughts and prayers are with all of you and your family. God Bless.
Sincerely,
Philip Cavicchia
