Dearest Judy, Craig and Doug…..There are no words to tell you how much I loved and admired your mom in the thousands of cherished memories I have stored in my brain and close to my heart. The 7 of us kids got into all kids of messes and mischief and it was such good clean fun not sure what Craig may have done or tried!! Those adventurous days/evenings are behind us now and can only be imaged through memory. I had stopped to see your mom several times as I visited other relatives but don’t know if she understood “Who” I was. Even after we built our home on the Hill in 1972, I would walk past and we have wonderful conversations………as well as when your dad was living.

I broke my leg on October 7th and wanted to come to the funeral home but they have no wheelchairs so I could not come and see all of you.

I think of this woman and will never forget Glenn & Ann Allen. She will remain “legend”to me.

Doug and family,

My deepest sympathy to all of you. I have fond memories of your mom at church and all of the times I visited her at CCRC. Blessings to all of you.

In life, times like this are so hard! Saying “Good Bye” forever is so final and it hurts!

We only have one mom and she cannot be replaced. Time helps relieve some of that pain and we must “suck it up” and get on with life.

Your mom was special and she would want you to always remember her. As all moms want, she would want you to be healthy and happy.

Judy, you are very special to me and you are always in my thoughts and prayers!

I am so sorry for the loss of your mom, but she is at peace now. I know that you were such a good daughter and an example to us all!

I enjoyed watching the video. Pictures bring back so many memories.

I love you,

Sharon Hallowes

Judy & Craig,

please accept my deepest condolences on the passage of your Mom. Both of my parents are now deceased, my Mother passing away this past summer at the age of 91 and my Dad 2 years ago at the age of 87, just three weeks shy of his 88th. Our families were good friends while we were maturing in Bellaire.

May God grant all of you strength to get through the time of mourning and bless you in the honor you bestow upon both of your parents through the legacy of your families. May we all meet once more when our time comes to leave this life and join them in eternity.
