Bob, Kristen and Lissa,

I was shocked and saddened to hear of your loss. I’ll always remember Mrs. Diotti as a kind, gentle woman who created a sense of peace when she was in your presence. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Kristen and Lissa,

Words can not express how sorry I was to hear about your Mom. She was an amazing woman. I will always remember her as being a beautiful and intelligent woman that had two wonderful and kind daughters. I am sorry, but I do not think that I will be able to fly up there this weekend, but please know that you and your Dad are in my thoughts and prayers. Call me if you need anything.

Love,

Amy
