Amy could always make me smile and cry. She remembered me when no one else did. She loved me regardless of any disagreements that we may have had. She was the daughter I never had and I will always carry her in my heart.

Even though we haven’t seen each other as much since we’ve gotten older as we did when we were younger, we would like to extend our condolences to Missy, Mo, Kathy and most of all Brenton. Although we have never met the rest of Amy’s family we know this is a sudden and great loss and our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Love, Calvin and Penny

I am so sorry for your loss. Amy was a beautiful person. She was always funny and had a smile on her face. Even though I only met her a few times through Kathy and Harold I know she had a great heart and will be missed dearly.

I am so very sorry to hear about Amy. Kathy is a very good friend and co-worker. She has always been so proud of her family and grandchildren. She has been able to share visits and memories of good times about Amy and Brentan over the years. From what Kathy has shared Amy was a very special person. Amy’s family will be in thoughts and prayers of many in North Carolina. God Bless you all,
