Allan W. Williams, 57, of Moundsville, WV died Monday, July 23, 2001 in Reynolds Memorial Hospital, GlenDale, WV.

He was a former employee with 14 years of service for the Fostoria Glass Company, a retired police officer for the city of Moundsville, a member of the Faternal Order of Police, Moundsville, and a past coach of flag football for Sanford Elementary School, Moundsville.

He was preceded in death by his father, E. Wayne Williams.

Surviving are his wife, Joyce S. Pettit Williams; two sons, Allan W.Bobbie Jo Williams, Jr. of Wintersville, Ohio, and Daniel T. Kathy Williams of Moundsville; a daughter, Holli L. Williams of Moundsville; his mother, Mary LeMasters Hill of Moundsville, five grandchildren, Ricky, Courtney, Kaylee, D.J. and Alaina Williams; a special uncle and aunt, Billie J. Delores LeMasters of Moundsville.

Friends recieved 7-9 pm Wednesday, 3-5 and 7-9 pm Thursday at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, 118 Grant Avenue, Moundsville, where services will be held at 11:00 am Friday with Mr. Alan Hendershot officiating. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
