Albert E. Lynch
Age 68
Albert E. Lynch, 68, of Maple Lane, East Liverpool, Ohio passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday, December 1, 2004.
He was born in Dayton, Ohio on January 6, 1936, and is the son of Pauline Evelyn Burnell Lynch of Springfield, Ohio and the late Joseph D. Lynch, Sr.
Spending most of his life in the area, Mr. Lynch was the former owner and manager of Stevenson Manufacturing Company in Wellsville, Ohio, retiring in 1996. He graduated from Wilbur Wright High School in Dayton, Ohio and was a veteran of the US Army. Mr. Lynch enjoyed playing basketball, boating, skiing, playing billiards and watching his grandchildren playing sports.
He is survived by his wife, Sue Powers Lynch, whom he married on August 7, 1959; two sons, Tim Lynch and his wife, Laury of Calcutta and Todd P. Lynch and his wife, Judy of Calcutta; two brothers, Joseph D. Lynch, Jr. of Kent, Ohio and Harlan Lynch of West Carrollton, Ohio; two sisters, Ruth Gulasa of Springfield, Ohio and Lucille Melton of West Carrollton, Ohio; four grandchildren, Kyle and Travis Lynch, Ryan and Alexa Lynch.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Edwin Ghormley.
Private memorial services will be held at the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes with Pastor Larry Rose of Northside Community Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Columbiana County Memorial Park.
