Dear Hennen Family,
You are in our thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time. Your dear Father and Grandfather meant so much to you. Now he is a guardian angel looking down to protect you. In your sorrow may you take comfort in knowing that he is with loved ones who have gone on before him. He has truly been welcomed home and is now and forever enjoying the ultimate family reunion.
Dear Kathy and Mary,
My love and thoughts are with you. Doc was a very special friend with such a vibrant personality. He will be remembered by so many of us.
Love,
Charlotte
Dear Mary & Family,
We’re sorry to hear of the loss of Doc. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. We’ll surely miss the cheerful chats and “always welcome” feeling Doc gave to us whenever we visited!!
Love, Nancy & Dana
I have wonderful memories of the times spent at the Hennen house growing up and “Doc” was always one of my favorite “parents”. I know he was proud of his many accomplishments and the family he and Nancy rasied.
My family keeps yours in our thoughts and prayers doing this difficult time.
To my friend Terry and the entire Hennen Family: My deepest sympathy on the death of your father. His many positive contributions to the Wheeling Community will be fondly remembered by many. My Father had very pleasant memories of his friendship with Doc, particularly the many fun and competitive card games at the Juniper Club during the 60’s and 70’s. I will remember Doc in my prayers. Wishing the family well.
Sincerely,
Gary R. Thalman
To The Hennen Family:
We were saddened to hear of your loss. “Doc” was a truly unique person. We will always cherish the memory of the “old days” in Downtown Wheeling and the contribution he made to the community.
With deepest sympathy,
Dewey and Bonnie
