Virginia Beach – Ada Louise Olson, 60, of the 5000 block of Shenstone Dr., died on February 1, 2002. She was employed by Jackson Hewitt.

She is predeceased by her mother: Minnie Leibrecht.

Survivors include her husband, Leo Olson; father, Frank Leibrecht, daughter, Lynda McKay and her husband, Tim; two brothers, Bruce Leibrecht and his wife, Lynne and Murl Leibrecht and his wife, Karen; and five grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 3rd, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at the funeral home. A funeral service will be on Monday, February 4th, at 2:00 PM. Altmeyer Funeral Home, Virginia Beach chapel, is handling arrangements.

Ada was a conscientious worker. She helped me in becoming a valued worker for Jackson Hewitt. She will be missed by all those whom she touched and worked for.

I have known Ada a little over a year. She was truly a remarkable woman. Whom loved to work and see the seniors happy. My deepest sympathies goes out to the family.

I was a new nurse at the village- I remember her coming to visit her father.She was always so kind and always had a smile on her face. I am so sad to hear of her passing. My deepest sympathy to you and your family.

Leo, I am so sorry to hear about Ada. At least her suffering is over. We both have lost wonderful people. I will always remember the good times we had playing cards and our many dinners together at the Cafeteria. You had a great life together, always think of the good times you shared.
